    Sous une température estivale (9 degrès ) et par un lac un peu chaud, annoncé à 16 degrés, l’organisation n’a pas voulu que nos organisme souffrent trop de la chaleur et ont réduit le Double-O à un duathlon vaguement “long” avec une trempette initiale: 750m/60km/15km. Bon pour Gilbert , mais pas pour Stéph, qui descend sur le Circuit (natation également réduite à 750m). Anne et Céline n’en ont cure, elle veulent faire un “long” et rajoute donc qqs kils à vélo… On attend leur récit!

    Pas grand monde au départ du mini-double-O.
    Peu d’inscrits et pas mal de forfaits de dernière minute.

    Gilbert, c’est la fusée du Rushteam en cap   

    On peut comprendre que la natation soit réduite, mais le vélo et la course à pied ? C’est pour ne pas déséquilibrer?

    En fait la natation était le seul moment pas trop froid de la course. J’ai discuté avec le chef arbitre, les réductions de distances étaient dues à la température de l’air. Le règlement triathlon impose une température minimale pour une distance donnée…

    On est tous un peu frustrés, mais c’est le règlement.

    oui, quand on part pour du long, on n’est pas à quelques kilomètres près…

    Mais
    commençons par le début. Réveil à 5h05 avec une impression d’avoir vu passer
    toutes les heures…qu’est-ce que ça doit être avant un Iron?

    Arrivée
    à Morat avec le soleil mais la température ne suit pas. On apprend que les
    distances sont raccourcies. Mélange de frustration à avoir passé une nuit
    presque blanche pour rien, de ne pas pouvoir accomplir le challenge fixé et de
    soulagement de se dire que ça va être moins dur que prévu et que ça devrait
    bien se passer.

    Comme
    tout le monde l’a déjà dit, l’eau nous a paru presque chaude, dû à la fraîcheur
    de l’air donc encore plus grande frustration de ne faire que 750m. Bref,
    première transition, concentration maximum car c’est la première fois que je
    dois mettre mon K-Way ainsi que des chaussettes sur mes multiples sparadraps.
    C’est là qu’on arrive dans le vif du sujet avec notre « Lost in
    Morat »

    A un rond point un gars devant moi prend à
    droite et je le suis sans me pauser de question. Au bout de quelques km, il
    fait le tour du rond point et me crie «Esish Falsch» le temps que je
    réalise ce qu’il me veut, je fais aussi le tour du rond point et repart en
    arrière. On croise un petit groupe de 4-5 cyclistes et du coup on se dit qu’on
    est pas si faux. On refait donc demi-tour et repart de plus belle. Un bout plus
    loin, quelques cyclistes sont arrêtés au milieu de la route. Je m’arrête aussi
    et c’est là que Céline nous rejoint…déguisée en Indienne

    Après
    une petite discussion, nous repartons
    tous en sens inverse jusqu’au fameux rond-point où ils nous ont tous laissé
    partir faux. Même avec du recul, j’arrive toujours pas à comprendre comment ils
    ont pu laisser une dizaine de cyclistes partir dans cette mauvaise direction.
    Mais bon, comme dis Céline, on ne jouait pas les premières places…mais plutôt
    les dernières…donc c’est pas si grave!

    Je
    continue mon vélo, seule de chez seule avec la pluie et la grêle, sans que plus
    personne ne me dépasse, sans voir un supporter….que c’est long !

    Je
    croise juste Phil au début de mon dernier tour vélo, fin du vélo pour lui…sentiment
    de gêne d’en être «que» là et d’être en train de manger mon pic-nic….Peut-être
    qu’il ne m’a pas reconnue? Ah non…je crois qu’il m’a dit «Allez
    Anne»

    Je
    finis mon vélo encore plus seule. Deuxième transition tout aussi intense, dur
    de changer mes chaussettes trempes et d’enfiler les chaussures sur mes pieds
    morts de froid. J’hésite à enlever ma veste, mais en levant la tête pour voir
    comment les coureurs sont habillés, je vois PA courir avec la veste du club,
    alors je me dis que s’il l’a laissée c’est qu’on doit bien supporter une petite
    laine…

    Je
    pars donc en càp les jambes lourdes mais contente de revoir du monde. A mon dernier tour, j’ai encore du jus et
    accélère. J’ai l’impression d’avoir une bonne vitesse, mais change vite d’avis
    quand Stéphane me dépasse en coup de vent…ouais bon, on ne peut tout de même pas
    comparer…, faut bien se motiver comme on peut…

    d’arriver enfin au bout, et merci à tous de m’avoir attendu  dans le froid, ça fait plaisir de voir tout
    ces oranges à l’arrivée ! Je me dis que ce fut une bonne préparation pour
    un «vrai» DO une prochaine fois !

    Oups, tous ces /(&ç&%ç(&/)=)& ne veut pas dire que je suis fâchée, mais je crois qu’il n’a pas trop aimé les copier-coller…

    Ceux qui sont fort en informatique, pourrais peut-être deviner depuis quel ordi j’ai posté ce message
